Description

From 10-year-old vines on clayey-calcareous soil, following the mechanical harvesting of the grapes, pressing takes place in cycles of 2 to 3 hours depending on the profile of the vintage. The refinement is carried out from 8 to 12 months in thermoregulated stainless steel vats and then in wooden barrels, in order to preserve the aromas of the grapes. 

Elegant bouquet of flowers and fruits on a light note of vanilla. Perfumed, subtle and particularly elegant in which the personality of the pure Burgundy Chardonnay stands out.
