Pierre Boisson s Haute Côtes de Beaune Rouge 2020 is a true success combining freshness, minerality and complexity.  Definitely a wine with an impressive price-quality ratio. Pierre Boisson owns 3.5 hectares of vines located in Meursault that he works in reasoned culture, without weedkillers and favours ploughing. This cuvée made entirely from Pinot Noir is under the regional appellation Hautes Côtes de Beaune planted at the top of the hillside.

It will also go perfectly with red meat cooked on the barbecue, a very beautiful wine for the summer!
